From my earliest memory I have had massive issues with what ought to be a no brainer bodily function: pooping. And it turns out that I am far from being the only one who has this similar story. Over the past few decades I have spent much time, energy, and money on learning everything I can about the brain gut connection. Colon Hydrotherapy has changed the quality of my life. The benefits have been numerous! So much so that I have dedicated my life’s work to share this message with as many people as I can reach. A clean colon matters, a lot.
On a lighter note, now that I have way more energy, thanks to having a healthier mind and body, here are a few of my favorite things.
I love singing karaoke, kayaking, biking next to corn fields, white water rafting, hiking in the mountains (I’ve only done this twice so don’t be too impressed) and I love growing herbs in my little herb box.
I am a Bethel University graduate, an ongoing learner especially in Biblical areas, and I have a driving passion for unearthing and understanding loss, trauma, and grief and how our body responds and recovers.
My highest achievement and most treasured title is, and always will be, “Ma Ma Bear” to 3 women that all look or act just a little bit like me.
